Operational Risk Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities

To handle Operational Risk Management work, including:

• To handle operational risk work including monitoring of operational risk limits, overseeing operational risk events (overseeing the registration, investigation, and action plan of such events), assessing operational risk and setting up necessary policies and procedures as 2nd line of defense;
• To support operational risk management projects in Risk Management Department;
• To handle other works and support other teams in Risk Management Department;
• Other assignments by department head or team leader.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics or Business Management;
• Candidates must have at least 03 years of working experience in banks or audit companies;
• Excellent communication and time management skill;
• Logical thinking;
• Fluency in English
• Teamwork spirit as well as the ability of independent working;
• High integrity & good characteristics & good working attitude;
• Experience in operational risk management is an advantage
