Responsibilities:
- Managing of process improvement related project with relevant departments to improve operation efficiencies.
- Take responsible as the 2nd line of defense to design necessary controls over operating processes, including the independent checking process.
- Prepare necessary information and regular reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance and Banking, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience in Project Management, Process Improvement in Banking field.
- Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
