Job Responsibilities
Pre-Implementation:
- Support RFP preparation - i.e. custom project plans, self-bios, addressing of technical or system integration related queries.
- Sales support - Join TB Sales and Relationship manager for key sales presentations on large pitches and provide input on areas related to technical solution, implementation processes, requirements, documentations, and timelines.
- Share best practices - Consult with relevant stakeholders to gather existing best practices for the client.
- Expert opinion - Provide expert opinion and insight to Sales and Product Managers and best paths of execution.
Implementation:
- Project Management - Overall responsibility for the project management and success execution of each client implementation. The range of projects varies from standard to highly complex/customized cash management, liquidity management and trade finance solutions, such as Host to Host connection, SWIFT direct connection with corporates, Cash pooling, Interest Optimization, Supplier finance etc.
- Deliver the agreed solutions – Be the single point of contact for client, work closely with Customer users, Customer IT vendors, internal partners such as TB Sales, RMs, HQ support team, In-country teams, IT department, Legal, Products and other relevant stakeholders to deliver the agreed solutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction - Ensure solution delivered meeting customer’s business objectives and requirements.
- Develop and Deepen Client Relationships – Engage with clients on a regular basis during project execution, provide training to clients, drive utilization and customers’ satisfaction and collect client’s voices during the regular engagements, deepen the relationships with clients.
- Collect feedbacks - Proactively collect feedbacks during implementation and share market information, business opportunities and necessary enhancement that will be helpful to TB Sales, Products and Coverage in addressing market place and/or client needs and requirements.
Supporting
- Collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Branch support - Provide necessary supports and guidance to in-country implementation teams in Asia.
- Level 2 Client support - Provide level-2 client support to those regional clients with complex solutions delivered.
Others
- Compliance - Adhere to all relevant policies, frameworks, and controls.
- Report risk in a timely manner - Escalate/Report risk issue(s), if any, on a timely basis to Team Lead or head of department.
- Advise and support junior team members.
- Support team lead on ad-hoc tasks.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Banking & Finance / Business / Economics /Computer Science or related is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years' working experience in implementation or project management, preferably in the areas of cash management or trade finance.
- Knowledge of ERP(SAP, Oracle) functions and Coding, Coding Practices and Middleware interfaces.
- Expertise as API Subject matter expert with knowledge industry standards such as JSON, ISOXML, RESTful Web Services
- Knowledge in industrial banking system and format.
- Strong transaction banking product knowledge in one or more product areas (cash management, liquidity management, trade finance, supplier chain finance, etc) with a strong track record of implementation experience.
- Good understanding the various types of connectivity and security protocol, SWIFTNET knowledge will be an advantage
- Demonstrated ability to perform within a matrix organization and regional multi-country franchise.
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate in a multi-tasking environment, meet deadlines, and work with a wide range of sensitive and confidential issues.
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and to accomplish tasks with minimum supervision.
- Strong strategic mindset with proven analytical skills.
- Certification in project management and Cert ICM is an advantage.
