Job responsibilities

  • Perform as Relationship Manager to maintain and expand extensively business relationship with existing Non- Japanese clients 

 

  • Initiate, pursue and capture new business relationship with new top tier and large reputable Non-Japanese customers to expand customer base, increase the Bank’s benefits by providing diversified financing structures and cross-sell business to meet fiscal KPIs of both department level and individual level. Report to Team Lead and Department Head.

 

  • Conduct customer due diligence and in-depth analysis of corporate/project bankability, market/industry outlook

 

  • Perform credit analysis and write up credit application of existing and new customers

 

  • Take the lead in the origination, arrangement and closure of new deals in cooperation with relevant departments at Vietnam branches and overseas branches including but not limited to documentation to achieve deal financial close.

 

  • Follow up, monitor Customer Account Plan periodically to capture and expand business opportunities including cross border business.

 

  • Ensuring the compliance of Bank's procedures in all transactions

 

  • Ensure the satisfaction of customer’s requirements and government’s regulation as well as bank’s compliance.

 

  • Participate actively in various team efforts including target market review and preparation of department requirements.

 

  • Maintain sensitivity to economic and regulatory issues affecting the market which may impact specific accounts’ risk management and handling of customer relationships.

Job requirements:

  • BA/MA Degree in Banking/ Finance/ Economics
  • Having at least 05 years of job-related experience as RM with good knowledge of Credit Analysis and prefer experience and networks with Top tier and Large local corporates
  • Proficiency in English (business level);
  • Good communication skills; Good command in computers;
  • Good sense of team work and responsibility; proactiveness and dedication
  • Experience with foreign banks would be a plus
