Job Summary:
The Campus Recruiter / Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent from universities and colleges. This role involves coordinating campus hiring campaigns, building relationships with educational institutions, and supporting the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have experience in campus recruitment and strong organizational skills to manage multiple hiring events and candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute campus recruitment campaigns and career fairs
- Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations
- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communication, and recruitment events logistics
- Screen and assess candidate applications and resumes to shortlist qualified candidates
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles
- Maintain and update recruitment data and reports to track hiring progress and outcomes
- Support onboarding processes for new hires
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimize selection processes and improve candidate experience
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-4 years experience in campus recruitment or recruitment coordination (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and MS Office
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Data-driven mindset to analyze recruitment metrics and improve processes

- Experience organizing large-scale hiring campaigns
