Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management

Enterprise Risk Management 

Develop and implement risk management strategies, including regional governance, as well as comprehensive risk management initiatives. Specifically, this includes 

• Monitor changes in external environments, including macroeconomic and geopolitical risks, analyze their potential impacts on the bank, and develop appropriate response strategies, including timely update of the bank’s Risk Appetite. 

• Identify significant changes in key business areas, such as new product introductions, analyze their impact on the bank, and propose necessary risk mitigation measures. 

• Lead and oversee the comprehensive risk governance framework of the bank, including the coordination and management of risk committees, the preparation and presentation of risk management reports for senior leadership, and the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of risk management policies. This oversight extends to branches of the bank across the APAC region. 

Job Responsibilities : 

Under the guidance and supervision of senior staff (VP+), the Senior Analyst will support the Enterprise Risk Management team in performing selected responsibilities from the following areas: 

• New Product Risk Oversight Support 

Assist in coordinating the new product approval process by consolidating risk assessments from relevant risk functions, tracking the progress of discussions, and preparing draft materials and meeting minutes for senior review. 

• Risk Management Meetings Support 

Support the facilitation and administration of various risk governance meetings, including preparing draft presentation materials, coordinating meeting logistics, maintaining schedules and documentation, and accurately recording minutes under the supervision of senior staff. 

• Risk Reporting Support 

Assist in preparing regular internal risk management reports for senior management, including RAF indicators and other key risk dashboards. Responsibilities include gathering data from each risk area, conducting consistency checks, and compiling preliminary report drafts. 

• Policy and Regulation Maintenance Support 

Support the periodic review and maintenance of the bank’s risk management policies and regulations. Assist in identifying required updates, collecting inputs from stakeholders, and preparing draft revisions for senior review. 

Job Requirements : 

• University Graduate (BA) 

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Enterprise Risk Management, or Operational Risk Management in bank 

• Proactive self-starter with strong teamwork abilities and stakeholder management skills.  

• Able to multi-task under tight timelines 

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Native-level English proficiency is required.
