Senior Analyst (Contract) - Implementation - Global Transaction Banking Dept

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (engineering, product, operations) to gather and validate the documents
• Edit and standardize documentation for tone, clarity, and consistency across teams
• Manage document version control and maintain a centralized documentation repository
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language
• Support onboarding materials, training guides, and work on the basic implementation activities.
• Ensure documentation complies with internal style guides and industry standards
• Manage overall project activities and track project status with multiple stakeholders.
• Coordinate discussions with other branches and provide support as needed.

Required Qualifications

• At least 2–5 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, or a related field. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in transaction banking or trade finance are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with documentation tools
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Technical Writing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
