JOB SUMMARY
The Level 2 Applications Support Team is responsible for the support of applications working closely with the Customer Representatives to resolve issues and perform customer engagements.
•    Assist in troubleshooting problems related to BNM & Paynet applications and local regulatory reporting.
•    Coordinate with users, PDAPD (regional office), and Head Office on various regulatory reporting activities or projects.
•    Participate in system designs, testing, and documentation of tasks relate to BNM or local regulatory reporting.
•    Build and maintain data dictionary system for local regulatory reporting or to meet BNM requirements.
•    Ensure complete business continuity for all applications that are being supported.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Responsible in managing & supporting the team as well as individual team member KPI. 
•    Ensure task assignment and reports are completed within the deadline.
•    Work with data owner and carry out data quality maintenance from time- to-time.
•    Understand user requirements and provide technical support in enhancing local regulatory reporting systems.
•    Deploy and requisite technology when required.
•    Ensure the system architecture is able to provide the local regulatory reporting information promptly and accurately.
•    Monitor local regulatory reporting systems performance regularly to avoid any unplanned outage.
•    Ensure compliance to the internal control, standards and regulatory requirements.
•    Support in the planning, managing and testing of DRP and BCP of business applications to achieve successful fail-overs when the situation arises.
•    Perform and manage the customer engagement processes.
•    Ensure cases, bug-fixes and minor enhancements are updated in the support system by liaising with the developers to estimate the delivery time frames and implications.
•    Help recommend functional specifications in conjunction with the project team for any changes to the application projects.
•    Provide on-call support for the applications regarding the scheduled and unscheduled outages.
