JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Manage enterprise backup operation tool and ensure (daily, monthly, and annual backup up and running)
2.    Ensure system batch jobs are timely performed according to procedure/request.
3.    Ensure report printed and handed to user securely.
4.    Ensure server room, system and network racks are locked at all times.
5.    To monitor all servers and network equipment and escalate to 2nd level of support.
6.    To assist senior on implementation of local or H.O office projects.
7.    To support security patches and antivirus definition update that require manual attention.
8.    To assist IT Asset Admin to update IT hardware/software inventory on regular basis.
9.    To support and involve in DR activities (Pre and Post DR). 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Diploma or Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
2. 2 years’ experience in IT field.
3. Familiar with operating system support (MS Windows and Windows Server).
4. Familiar with enterprise backup solutions (Veeam, Veritas software) 
5. Basic knowledge in system monitoring tool.
6. Basic knowledge in ITIL.
7. Basic knowledge in SQL server database and Network
