1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Act as a Maker for all C&B functions including payroll, taxation, insurance, and related reporting.
  • Ensure all C&B activities and reports comply with company policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies such as the Social Insurance, Tax Authority, and Labor Department, and stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations.
  • Adminster all staff benefits, other insurance programs (e.g., healthcare, accident insurance), Trade Union Fund usage, etc.
  • Manage HR C&B-related vendors (e.g., health and accident insurance providers).
  • Organize HR-led staff activities and events.

2. Regulatory Reporting

  • Prepare and submit all reports required by local authorities.

3. HR Data Maintenance & Systems

  • Serve as HR Administrator for all HR systems (e.g., leave management, overtime tracking, staff profiles—both online and offline).
  • Manage all leave types
  • Oversee HR policies related to working hours and attendance.
  • Maintain and update employee information across HR files, including organization charts, SMS system, emergency flowcharts, and HR information forums.

4. HR Operations

  • Ensure smooth execution of onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Provide HR-related information to other departments and employees as needed.

5. Backup Responsibilities

  • Provide back-up support for other HR functions including recruitment, training & development, onboarding/offboarding, expat services, and other HR operations as outlined in the HR Procedures Manual when needed.
