Senior Analyst/AVP, ALM Desk Money Dealer

Job Responsibilities

• Provide support to the branch by assisting in daily projections and managing Nostro/Vostro balances.

• Support the team in the management of banking book interest rate risks and contribute to optimization of revenue through money market gapping and client trades facilitation.

• Support the execution of money market and FX swap trades for risk management and bond transactions for High-Quality Liquid Assets (HQLA) purpose.

• Keeping abreast of market and regulatory developments with strict adherence to all internal guidelines and policies.

• Effectively support team projects by preparing communication materials and managing stakeholder requirements.

• Flexibility to cover a range of trading hours, including early European sessions.

Job Requirements

• Degree in banking and finance or related discipline preferred.

• 3-4 years of dealing experience preferred but not compulsory.

• Genuine interest in the financial markets and actively tracking latest developments across multiple markets.

• Good communication skill with keen eyes to details. You must also be a team player as we manage the business as a team.

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, with demonstrated ability to conceptualize and implement proposed workflows into functional spreadsheets.
