Role Overview:

We are seeking ambitious graduates with 1–2 years of experience in business analysis within banking or financial services. While experience in Transaction Banking is desirable, it is not mandatory. This role offers exposure to product development, process design, and digital transformation initiatives, with a clear path to becoming a specialist Business Analyst in Transaction Banking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support product development for in areas such as Transaction Banking, Cash and Liquidity Management, Treasury and Trade Finance.

• Assist in defining business and technical requirements, customer journeys and process design.

• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure solution fitment and delivery.
• Support agile project delivery, including backlog management and sprint planning.
• Test strategy preparation, test scenario & test case preparation, oversee user testing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Participate in change management and decision-making processes.
• Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities.

Who We Are Looking For:

• University or Polytechnic graduate with 1–2 years of experience in business analysis in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with transaction banking products (Cash, Trade Finance, Treasury, Liquidity Management) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Exposure to hands-on programming (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) to collaborate effectively with IT teams.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
