Job Description:

  1. System Management: Oversee and maintain end-user workspace environments, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and security.
  2. End User Support: Provide technical support for end-users in both work from home and work in office, addressing issues logged to service desk related to end-user devices, software and printer issues.
  1. Deployment & Configuration: 
    • Strategize and lead the deployment of end-users devices, endpoint software and applications.
    • Conduct system obsolesence review for end-user devices and software to ensure product are supported and up to date.
  2. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot endpoint device and software issues, implementing effective solutions. Make sure each incident and request ticket are resolved within SLI.
  3. Documentation: Provide and maintain working instruction and process map for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
  1. Team Work:
    • Coordinate and work closely with other dept in IT team to escalate infra and application issue if required next level support.
    • Responsible for endpoint device inventory management and collaborate with IT Asset management for asset deployment and asset disposal.
  2. Security:
    • Strictly adhere the security policies, ensure hardening policy are implemented to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
    • Adhere to organization patch management and vulnerability management.
  3. Training: Provide and conduct training sessions for newly joining staff on new technologies and software applications

 

Job Requirements:

  1. Degree or Diploma in IT/Computer Science
  2. Minimum 5 years experiences in Financial Institution, working in DR capacity. 
  3. Familiar with OS ( Windows 10, Windows Server (2016, 2019 and latest).
  4. Basic knowledge on Linux system and network.
  5. Familiar with BNM Application System.
  6. Familiar with Paynet and BNM BCM Guideline.
  7. Certified Continuity Planner is a plus.
  8. Ability to work night & weekend during crisis event and plan DR/BCP exercise.
