Summer Intern - Project Management, Business Control Asia Pacific

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with peer project managers to achieve enhancements of risk control frameworks via various projects/kaizens
• Serve as a liaison across departments by facilitating discussion or holding briefing among departments.
• Analyze the root cause of operational incidents and problem statements from BAU and lead the discussion to find out a solution.  
• Attend ad-hoc assignments from manager and management
• Monitor and promptly escalate critical issues to the attention of manager and management

Requirements

• Interest and passion to acquire knowledge in banking operation processes and project management methodology
• Good communication and writing skills
• Good team player, possess good interpersonal skills, problem solver
• Positive personality, open to ideas and motivated, proactive, KAIZEN mindset
