Job Responsibilities:
- Work with senior team members from origination and distribution teams to formulate credit assessment for corporate financings and event-driven structures.
- Analysis and data mining of market liquidity (for sell down of Asian syndicated financings) and pricing comparables. Coordinate and maintain database on pricing, structure and lending appetite of investors
- Assisting in coordinating and bookrunning of primary transactions, including the preparation of NDA, launching and distribution scope of primary transactions as well as preparation of axe sheets for sale of secondary assets.
- To provide support for other distribution activities (including liaising with legal and operations and logistics for roadshows) where required.
- Assist in internal coordination among other product and corporate banking teams to ensure smooth collaboration and execution of transactions
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Interest in corporate finance, financial markets and underwriting of debt instruments
