Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in various stages of deal screening and/or execution, including due diligence, financial analysis, documentation and coordination with internal stakeholders such as credit, risk, legal, compliance and operations.
• Assist in preparing credit applications, cash flow projections, and property memos.
• Support in monitoring and analyzing the property loan portfolio and preparing periodic reports.
• Conduct market research and data analysis to support business decisions.

Job Requirements:

• Students currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, Finance, or a related discipline is preferred
• Strong interest in the real estate industry and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of the real estate market in Singapore and/or APAC (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial modeling is a plus.
• Proactive and able to work independently under guidance.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
