Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support customers and cooperate with related departments to ensure smooth daily transactions, including but not limited to loan, fixed deposit, FX and trade related transactions.
  • Follow up and ensure timely response to customers' inquiries. 
  • Coordinate with Business support team to follow up KYC matter, including but not limited to KYC review, update and reports.
  • Manage, control exceptional handling, T/T in advance, pending original application for fax/e-mail transactions, dormant customers, SAS investigation, custody, chitbook.
  • Support credit related tasks including but not limited to input financial statement in the system, prepare credit checksheet and credit documentation, prepare credit application as per assigned
  • Ensure the completion of the bank's procedures in all transactions.
  • Other duties as assigned by RMs, Team Leader and Department Head.

Requirements:

  • Skills: English proficiency in 4 skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Good ability of time management to deal with multi tasks smoothly.
  • Characteristics: high sense of responsibility and compliance; detail orientation; ability to work with accuracy, meet set deadline, and being punctual.
  • Experience: at least 1 year experience in front-office in banking or financial service
  • Japanese speaking (from N2) is an advantage
