Temporary staff (12 months contract) - Client Support

Job responsibilities - TB related duties and daily transactions:

• Support client’s enquiries such as advice on contracts, phone calls, emails, etc.
• Follow up on deal implementation and daily support to clients.
• Cooperate with other branches and departments to provide good services and products to potential customers.
• Comply with Bank’s procedure in all transactions.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management, Head of Department and Team Leader.

Requirements:

• Strong education background with at least a bachelor’s degree.
• Basic knowledge of Transaction Banking products.
• Preferable on understanding of local regulations and other bank products and services.
• Good communication skills
• Fluent Vietnamese and English. Japanese is a Plus.
• IT knowledge is a plus.
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
