VP, Data Culture & Literacy (Learning)

Key Responsibilities

 

Capability Development & Learning

  • Support implementation of capability-building strategies aligned to business priorities and defined by programme lead.
  • Design, develop, and maintain learning pathways, curricula, training programmes, and capability frameworks.
  • Coordinate workshops, onboarding programmes, learning events, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Develop and continuously enhance enterprise learning content, including e-learning modules, playbooks, toolkits, and learning resources.

 

Data Literacy & Content Development

  • Coordinate and rollout of approved Data Literacy learning programmes and digital learning modules.
  • Translate complex concepts into engaging, practical, and business-relevant learning experiences.
  • Ensure learning content remains current, accessible, and aligned with programme objectives and standards.

 

Communications & Engagement

  • Develop and coordinate employee communications supporting capability development, including newsletters, awareness campaigns, and learning publications.
  • Support engagement initiatives that promote learning adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Coordinate learning events, workshops, communities of practice, and employee engagement activities.

 

Programme & Stakeholder Management

  • Manage day-to-day programme delivery, tracking, coordination, and reporting activities.
  • Partner with HR, Learning & Development, business stakeholders, and programme leads to support capability development initiatives.
  • Support programme governance activities, communications, timelines, risk tracking, and status reporting.

 

Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement

  • Manage learning platforms, SharePoint sites, and knowledge management resources.
  • Monitor programme effectiveness, learner engagement, and adoption metrics.
  • Gather feedback and recommend improvements to learning experiences and programme outcomes.

 

Experience

  • Experience in Learning & Development, Capability Building, Change Management, Programme Management, Knowledge Management, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Experience designing and delivering enterprise learning programmes, training curricula, and digital learning content.
  • Experience supporting Data Literacy, data capability development, data culture, analytics, governance, or related data initiatives is an advantage.
  • Experience managing learning platforms, LMS solutions, SharePoint sites, or knowledge repositories is an advantage.
  • Experience in financial services or large organizations is preferred.
