Key Responsibilities

Lead network governance, operational standards, policies, and controls across APAC.

Manage network asset lifecycle, maintenance contracts, software subscriptions, telecommunications services, and vendor performance.

Ensure compliance with audit, regulatory, risk management, and security governance requirements.

Drive service reliability, availability, resilience, observability, and continuous operational improvement across network services.

Establish and manage service reliability metrics, including SLIs, SLOs, monitoring, alerting, reporting, and service health dashboards.

Lead automation, problem management, RCA, and operational excellence initiatives to improve service efficiency and reduce operational risk.

Govern network vulnerability management, patch compliance, and remediation programs in collaboration with Information Security teams.

Ensure operational readiness, service transition, and supportability requirements are met for new network services and projects.

Act as the primary APAC lead for network service governance, reliability management, stakeholder engagement, and executive reporting.

Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Security, Infrastructure, and business stakeholders to drive strategic service improvements.
Qualifications & Experience
Requirement

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.

10+ years of experience in Network Infrastructure, Network Operations, Service Management, or related technology functions.

5+ years of leadership experience managing regional or global teams.

Strong knowledge of enterprise networking technologies, including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud Connectivity, SD-WAN, and Network Security.

Proven experience in service governance, operational management, vendor management, and technology lifecycle management.

Strong understanding of ITSM, incident/problem/change management, observability, monitoring, and automation.

Experience supporting audit, compliance, risk management, and regulatory requirements within large organizations.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Preferred
-
Experience within the banking or financial services industry.

Familiarity with ITIL, and operational governance frameworks.

Experience with network monitoring and observability platforms.

Knowledge of automation technologies and scripting tools.
-
Relevant certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent.
