Join us as the VP – Talent Management and Early Careers Program Management. Reporting to the Regional Head of Talent Management, this role provides an exciting career path in nurturing talent, promoting diversity, equity & inclusion, and fostering an inclusive culture.

Key Responsibilities

Early Careers Program Management:

  • Person-in-charge in execution and continuous improvement of early career programs such as Internship and Analyst Programs in Singapore.
  • Plan annual program cohorts and collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner teams to attract, onboard, and support interns and analysts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for all early career cohorts to ensure a seamless and engaging experience.

Talent Management Initiatives:

  • Assess and manage participation in relevant executive education programs and national talent development schemes in Singapore to advance organizational talent priorities.
  • Collaborate with Talent and HR Business Partner teams to support and execute region-wide succession planning efforts.
  • Conduct the research, design, and implementation of innovative talent management and DE&I initiatives to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture.
  • Act as a versatile resource across the talent management spectrum, ready to take on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with 7-10 years of practical experience in talent management and early career program management within the Asia Pacific region.
  • Working knowledge in designing and executing early career development programs.
  • Working knowledge of succession planning, talent management frameworks, and DE&I principles.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and a self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
