  • Procurement Strategy: Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.

 

  • Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with suppliers and vendors, contracts, and ensure the procurement of goods and services meets quality and cost standards.

 

  • Procurement Operations: Manage the entire procurement process, from sourcing and ordering to receiving and payment, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition while maintaining quality by:

 

    • Reviewing and approving purchase requisitions.
    • Soliciting and evaluating bids from suppliers.
    • Placing and tracking purchase orders.
    • Ensuring that invoices are accurate and paid promptly.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the procurement budget, track expenses, and report on cost-saving initiatives.

 

  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies in procurement activities and identify/mitigate risks.

 

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.

 

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives within procurement, including technology adoption and staying updated on industry trends.
