Key Responsibilities:

Deal Origination and Client Coverage

  1. Lead the origination and structuring of financing solutions for digital infrastructure transactions.
  2. Actively pitch tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge, expertise and risk assessment.
  3. Manage relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders to identify new business and cross sell opportunities to improve and maximize returns.
  4. Stay abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and technological advancements in the digital infrastructure sector.
  5. Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and external stakeholders.

 

Deal Execution

  1. Execute transactions front to end, working together with internal stakeholders (Credit risk, Treasury, legal and compliance) and external stakeholders.
  2. Build, review & run sensitivities on robust financial model/cash flow to assess feasibility and profitability of projects, accounting for various scenarios
  3. Present transactions to internal credit and risk committees, ensuring alignment with risk appetite and regulatory requirements.

 

 

Stakeholder Collaboration and Thought Leadership

  1. Coordination with internal stakeholders in risk analysis and setting of rules related to new business development when required and support senior management’s directions

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in structured finance, investment banking, or related fields, with a focus on digital infrastructure preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale financing projects from inception to closing.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Driven professional with high level of personal and professional integrity and work ethics
