Job Responsibilities
- Strategic planning for organic and business development of LCMA, in alignment with the global and regional growth strategies and asset / portfolio allocation policies.
- To collaborate with relevant departments of Head Office and peer departments in global to efficiently enhance business in APAC and East Asia region and to maximize the outcome of the team.
- To provide various market information such as geopolitically important areas’ financial market to the investors in this Region to support their good understanding for the potential business opportunities in such regions.
- Business administration of syndicated loan and loan related transactions and taking the lead of performance evaluation, risk management, regulatory & governance matters, and new products developments.
Job Requirements
- At least 7 to 10 years of diversed experiences in corporate finance including M&A finance, sponsor finance, property finance, and other asset finances in practice
- Proficiency in Japanese is essential for this role, as it involves preparing regular reports for the Japanese Financial Services Agency and coordinating with the Head Office.
- Knowledge of Japanese Banking Law is an advantage
