UX Designer

Provide oversight and lead design activities across projects.

• Drive design quality, practice, and offerings that meet business and user goals as well as create new offerings for our Corporate Banking customers.
• Deeply understand the market, our competitors, speak to our clients about their needs, usage access and expectations to drive Client stickness
• Own the UX capability output across key projects, ensuring each project deliverable is consistent with vision to deliver best User experienes and build reusable assets across projects
• Build a strong UX capability, provide career guidance and performance decisions for UX team members
• Provide directional oversight of individual project team's work and assume overall accountability for it.
• Develop prototypes for the business , stakeholders to capture VOC feedback refine the overall experience

Your key skills :

• At least 10 years of experience in the relevant space. 
• Experience with UX tools and platforms, covering but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, Confluence, or JIRA
• Building Design language systems, branding thought leaderships
• Extensive knowledge and experience with driving and applying user-centered design processes while working collaboratively with customers, along with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and user research.
• Mastery in two to three areas of expertise such as Service Design, Visual Design, Interaction Design, or Content Design.
• Proven history of managing cross-functional teams to create a powerful, effective, and coherent design solution.
• Highly proactive with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
