Job Summary
Responsible for managing & developing trade products, obtaining new product / process approvals and customisations.
Work closely with Legal, Risk, Compliance, Credit, Operations, Coverage & Global Trade Finance Teams.
Administering account transactions & implementing new initiatives in accordance with guidelines, internal/external rules/regulations, and the Department’s strategy.
Drive commercialization of Bank’s trade products through sector/ customer deep dive.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for the management and development of Trade Finance products and digital tools for Corporates & FIs in India
Identify and work on new initiatives through benchmarking of Bank’s products and services with peer banks.
Manage the conventional / traditional trade products & distribution activities.
Promotion and monetization through analytics and sector / product focus
Administering trade transactions in accordance with extant guidelines, internal/external rules/regulations, and the Trade Finance Department’s strategy.
To work closely with Trade Sales, Coverage (JP. NJP, FI) for business promotion as well as other internal stakeholders for execution of trade transactions.
Responsible for Trade Related Initiatives like internal process approvals (new/modification), Product note Approvals, Product & System rollouts, reviews, maintenance etc.
To enhance Business Promotions jointly with the Corporate Banking Team, for Trade Finance
Co-ordinate for internal and external audit / compliance related matters pertaining to Trade Finance department.
Assist in preparing presentations, memos, notes for GTFD strategies, achievements, reporting and other planning related activities.
Monitor market developments/movements including relevant policies, initiatives, competition news/information and make necessary reports to Management in a timely manner.
Candidate Requirement
Atleast 8+ years of experience
Trade finance product knowledge is key criteria
Good verbal and written communication skills and ability to drive the agenda and deliver results.
