Job Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for shaping the next-generation delivery channels, especially corporate internet banking.  He/she will also support payments/collections, liabilities and liquidity management products and solutions on corporate delivery channels.

1. Product Development & Management

  • Lead product definition, scope, Voice-of-customer, requirements gathering activities to deliver value-added channel products and solutions to clients
  • Plan end-to-end implementation of new capabilities on new channels.
  • Plan commercialization roadmap of new delivery channels solutions across Asia Pacific countries.
  • Define the channels roadmap aligned with client needs, growth strategies, operational efficiencies and regulatory requirements.
  • Domain expert with knowledge of channels design, UI/ UX, documentation, marketing collateral, process definition and conducting trainings.
  • Formulate implementation and migration strategies for new channels products, as applicable

​​​​​​​2. Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Drive product capability definition for clients and internal teams by collaborating with cross functional teams across Head Office, Sales, Implementation, Service, Operations, and country stakeholders.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in transaction banking, with experience in e-banking channels.
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication for cross-functional and client interactions; customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
  • The candidate should possess experience in transaction banking in APAC region.
  • Experience in in Asia Pacific markets and knowledge of regulatory landscape
