Job Responsibilities:
This position will be responsible for the development, commercialization and management of cash management solutions in Asia Pacific. His/her primary responsibility and focus will be development and management of delivery channels products and solutions, especially corporate internet banking. He/she will also support payments/collections, liabilities and liquidity management products and solutions on corporate delivery channels.
1. Product Strategy, Development & Management
- Lead product definition, scope, Voice-of-customer, requirements gathering activities to deliver value-added channel products and solutions to clients
- Manage end-to-end implementation of new channels and new capabilities on existing channels, ensuring timely delivery and compliance.
- Develop, manage, commercialize and roll out cash management products and services on delivery channels solutions across Asia Pacific countries.
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with client needs, growth strategies, operational efficiency and regulatory requirements.
- Domain expert handling multiple aspects of product planning including product approval, product design, process planning, legal documentation, pre-sales and post-sales support.
- Formulate implementation and migration strategies for channels products, as applicable
2. Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with Sales, Operations, Service, Legal and Compliance and Country stakeholders on market, regulatory and client requirements.
- Drive product delivery by collaborating with Head Office, IT and subject matter experts to establish timelines and ensure execution excellence.
- Drive product readiness for client and internal teams by collaborating with Head Office, Operations, Implementation, Service, Sales, cross functional teams, and country stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in transaction banking, with proven experience in implementing e-banking channels.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication for cross-functional and client interactions; customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
- The candidate should possess experience in product management and delivery within APAC region.
- Experience in in Asia Pacific markets and knowledge of regulatory landscape
- Prior experience in developing and launching new products, systems for Cash Management solutions is a plus.
